Job Description

If you have a passion for pet care and grooming, we want you on our team! As a Pet Groomer at Pet Paradise Grooming, you'll enjoy working in a friendly environment while enhancing the look and health of pets.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle pets gently and calmly to reassure them during grooming.
• Identify any health issues and report them to the grooming manager.
• Assist with customer service tasks as needed, including booking appointments.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in animal care or grooming is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of grooming experience is sufficient

Technical Skills

• Grooming Techniques
• Animal Handling

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to handle difficult pets.: Experience in calming and managing anxious or aggressive animals.
• Grooming competition experience.: Participated in or have knowledge of grooming competitions.
