Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to enhance our HR team in Johannesburg. This role involves supporting various HR functions from recruitment and compliance to employee engagement initiatives. The right candidate will be proactive and well-versed in HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for various departments.
  • Handle employee onboarding and ensure smooth assimilation into the company culture.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage employee training programs to promote skill enhancement.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and support employees with queries.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and support disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in the evaluation of HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Organize employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
