Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable pharmacist to enhance our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee medication management, counsel patients on the safe use of prescriptions, and work closely with clinicians to optimize patient therapeutic outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Conduct thorough medication reviews and patient consultations.
• Act as a resource regarding medication management for healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Provide support during pharmacy audits and inspections.
• Assist customers with health-related inquiries.
• Implement and monitor pharmacy quality assurance programs.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure the accuracy of stock.
• Promote and implement new health initiatives for community wellness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Master's degree in Pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
