Job Description

Our team is seeking an IT Support Technician who will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both hardware and software systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical support requests from staff and clients.
  • Implement and support IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting assistance.
  • Coordination of service providers for technical issues.
  • Keep inventory of IT equipment and manage procurement.
  • Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new IT projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Technician)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
