Job Description

As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employee engagement and satisfaction by managing and promoting our benefits programs. You will liaise with employees to address inquiries and ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee benefits communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR team to design competitive compensation packages.
  • Evaluate the company’s compliance with benefits-related legislation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback.
  • Assist in the development of new benefits offerings.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with benefits vendors.
  • Monitor the industry for best practices in employee benefits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years in an employee benefits role or HR position

Certifications
  • Human Resources Certification from SABPP
  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
