Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives, focused on enhancing employee experience and streamlining HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations and ensure best practices are adhered to.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and programs.
  • Oversee recruitment cycles and onboarding processes.
  • Lead training and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and employee feedback.
  • Develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage

  • 5+ years in a strategic HR role
