Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to lead our efforts in community outreach and program management. This role involves the coordination of various initiatives aimed at making a positive impact in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for managing projects, liaising with community partners, and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage various community programs aimed at enriching local lives.
• Foster collaboration among community members and non-profit organizations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives and propose improvements.
• Assist in securing funding through grant applications and proposals.
• Develop educational resources and materials for community engagement.
• Coordinate schedule and logistics for events and activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries.
• Document program activities and prepare necessary reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Additional certifications in project management or community development are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
