Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager who will oversee our HR operations and ensure a flourishing workplace culture. This role involves implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives while fostering employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Develop plans for employee retention and turnover reduction.
  • Facilitate leadership and team training initiatives.
  • Enhance employee communication strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Manage HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs.
  • Monitor the performance of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Utilise HR software for tracking employee performance.
  • Ensure HR documentation is accurately maintained.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws

Certifications
