Job Description

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing employee payrolls. Your responsibilities include processing payroll on time and providing solutions to payroll-related queries from staff.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct payroll processing, including calculating wages and deductions.
  • Prepare government remittances, tax filings, and other compliance documents.
  • Support the financial team with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Ensure the integration of payroll with accounting systems.
  • Verify employee timekeeping for accuracy before processing payroll.
  • Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding payroll regulations.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of payroll experience in a corporate environment
