We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the helm of various projects in our Durban branch. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage complexities and various stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Facilitate problem-solving and resolution during project phases.
• Document lessons learned and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in the development of project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on project-related tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 5 years of proven project management experience

• MS Project

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
