Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Bloemfontein team. This role is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied with our products, and driving continuous engagement. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by providing excellent service.
  • Coordinate with sales and tech support for effective customer service.
  • Develop client engagement strategies for product adoption.
  • Deliver presentations and product demos to clients.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback for continual service improvement.
  • Implement customer success best practices to improve product experience.
  • Facilitate customer success workshops and training sessions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor products.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions within our CRM system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools

Languages
