Job Description

We seek an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond effectively to customer queries and complaints via calls.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's services.
  • Track customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Provide feedback on service quality and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Additional qualifications in Customer Support are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call centre environment
