We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our busy team. You will be responsible for installing hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and providing support to ensure that our technology runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, both hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
Assist in setting up new equipment and software installations.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Ensure proper backup procedures and disaster recovery processes are followed.
Document processes, procedures, and service desk documentation for future reference.
Train end-users on new technologies and software applications.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with IT team members for escalated issues.
Advantageous
A+ Certification: CompTIA A+ Certification is beneficial for demonstrating foundational IT skills.
Knowledge of MacOS: Experience with Apple desktop systems is a plus.
