We are seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Checker to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of quotations, verifying pricing details, and reviewing contract terms. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure precision in the review and validation of quotations submitted by internal teams.
• Monitor adherence to relevant company policies during the quotation review process.
• Proactively address any discrepancies in pricing or details to prevent errors.
• Work with the Quotation Analysts to strengthen pricing strategies and cost components.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all approved quotations for reference.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to clarify needs and fill information gaps.
• Carry out audits periodically to gauge the effectiveness of quotation processes.
• Keep abreast of industry developments that might impact pricing and quotations.
• Drive initiatives for improving quotation efficiencies across teams.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Additional certifications in contract management or procurement

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quotation checking or a related role
