Job Description

As a Ledger Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing our ledger operations, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting. Your analytical skills will help us improve our financial processes and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily financial operations and ledger management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning.
  • Prepare reconciliations and variances analysis.
  • Provide financial analysis support to management.
  • Support the onboarding of new accounting software or tools.
  • Assist with training junior staff in ledger management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge of accounting practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in ledger management
