• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Management Extensive experience in managing retail operations and staff.
• Sales Analytics Skilled in analyzing sales data to drive business decisions.
• Leadership Proficient in leading and motivating teams.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English (Fluent)
