Job Description

We are seeking a Care Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage staff, and promote a supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the care home’s administration and daily operations.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs.
  • Oversee quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents.
  • Manage resident admissions and discharges efficiently.
  • Engage with community resources and networks.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior role within healthcare administration
