Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to patients, helping them achieve improved functional abilities and quality of life. Your expertise will be crucial in developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and support recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and record patients' progress and document changes.
  • Modify treatment plans based on continuous assessment outcomes.
  • Research and apply the latest evidence-based occupational therapy practices.
  • Support patients in their emotional and psychological adjustment during recovery.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote occupational therapy.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and interns in best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
  • Licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in diverse clinical settings
