Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Durban location. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee the kitchen and dining staff, contributing to a thriving and dynamic restaurant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct restaurant operations, focusing on exceptional guest service.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize workflow.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations regularly.
  • Ensure menu items are prepared in accordance with recipes and standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment and resolve conflicts swiftly.
  • Enhance overall restaurant ambiance to improve guest experiences.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Food Safety Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in a management position within the hospitality sector
