The successful candidate will handle a diverse array of real estate legal matters, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and dispute resolutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations affecting properties.
  • Review and prepare conveyancing documents, including compliance certificates.
  • Conduct title searches and manage issues related to property titles.
  • Research case law and legal precedents relevant to real estate matters.
  • Maintain legal files and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Educate clients on their rights and responsibilities in real estate transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Law degree (LLB) with a focus on property law
  • Additional qualification in commercial law is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in high-stakes property transactions.
