• Manage a portfolio of real estate listings with attention to detail.
• Continuously update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Facilitate negotiations and manage paperwork during transactions.
• Educate clients about current market conditions and pricing strategies.
• Build comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital platforms.
• Foster relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Attend training sessions to stay informed about industry changes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field
