Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and train retail staff to meet company standards and expectations.
  • Evaluate sales performance and make informed decisions to improve profitability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction levels by implementing customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing to run effective promotional activities.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock management.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure store compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with corporate leadership to align store goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related area is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role
