Responsibilities
Investigate reports of abuse and neglect in compliance with legal standards.
Coordinate care with other professionals, including healthcare providers and educators.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.
Advocate for community resources and policy changes to benefit clients.
Build relationships with clients and their families to encourage participation in services.
Provide emotional support and guidance during difficult situations.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of practice.
Facilitate peer support groups to foster community connections.
Assess and address barriers to service access for clients.
Document case notes and share progress with team members.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Services
Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

5+ years of direct service experience in social work
