Job Description

As a Construction Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing major construction projects in Johannesburg, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and architects, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct project meetings and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent is an advantage
Experience
  • 10+ years in project management within the construction industry
