Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager in Pretoria who will take charge of overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for management outlining project status, milestones and risks.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control of construction work.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in large scale projects
