Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Content Creation Manager who will take the reins on our content marketing strategy in Durban. The successful candidate will drive content production, manage a team, and create impactful content that engages and converts our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive content ideation sessions to develop new and engaging topics.
  • Supervise the production process to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Implement SEO best practices in all content to improve organic reach.
  • Work closely with designers to produce visually appealing content.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among content teams to encourage creativity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of content through regular performance analysis.
  • Adapt content strategies based on feedback from stakeholders and audience insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
