Pet Groomer

Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Pet Groomer in Durban! This position requires a love for animals and a knack for providing excellent grooming services. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and ensure their furry friends are well taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming procedures including de-shedding, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
• Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and skincare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
• Maintain stock of grooming supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
• Assist with pet bathing, drying, and styling.
• Observe pets for any signs of health issues and report concerns.
• Keep grooming tools sanitized and in good working order.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Grooming certification preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in pet grooming

• Grooming Techniques

Certifications

• Pet Grooming Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
