We are on the lookout for a dedicated Hair Shampoo Assistant to join our exceptional team at Luxury Hair Salon. You will be responsible for providing a relaxing shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatment service, ensuring that each client feels pampered and leaves satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough shampooing and conditioning of clients’ hair.
• Assist in applying scalp treatments with guidance from stylists.
• Keep the salon area clean and tidy before and after services.
• Assist in tracking inventory for hair care products.
• Undertake general salon duties, including laundry and organizing tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide an enjoyable experience.
• Support the stylist team in preparing clients for hair services.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to handle shampoo and conditioner products
• Laundry machine operation
