Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, such as blood tests and x-rays.
• Manage the overall health and wellbeing of animals in the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options.
• Keep abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine and technology.
• Create a comfortable environment for both animals and their owners.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education.
• Participate in clinical research and veterinary studies.
• Ensure that the clinic complies with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing the inventory of medical supplies and medications.
• Support fellow veterinary professionals in collaborative efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent degree
• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in veterinary practice
