Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes for production.
• Conduct research to develop new chemical formulations.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with production staff to implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze process performance to identify improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering roles
