Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient's medication history and current medication therapy.
• Respond to prescription refill requests efficiently.
• Manage pharmacy team and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Educate patients on the importance of adherence to their medication plans.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote health and wellness in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice

Certifications

• Pharmacy-based Immunization Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
