We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing support to medical staff to enhance patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in healthcare administration and a passion for improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure an effective workflow.
  • Assist the Facility Director in strategic planning and management.
  • Monitor department budgets and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Support the execution of healthcare programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards.
  • Prepare reports on financial and operational performance.
  • Implement staff performance management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
