UI/UX Designer

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll craft fantastic user experiences to ensure our products not only look good but are also easy to use. Your design decisions will be backed by solid data and user feedback, allowing you to make impactful contributions to our design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing to optimize design effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback on team design work.
• Maintain project timelines and meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, or similar field
• Advanced degree in Design is an asset

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in technology companies

Technical Skills

• InVision
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in additional design software: Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Axure for design projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative design processes.
