Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be the backbone of our IT service delivery, ensuring all tech-related issues are resolved promptly. Your role includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing user support, and maintaining system integrity.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment
