Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Official where you will play a crucial role in enhancing public health initiatives in Durban. Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze public health issues affecting the community.
  • Implement strategies to improve access to healthcare services.
  • Coordinate vaccination drives and disease prevention initiatives.
  • Assess community needs to ensure relevant health programs.
  • Prepare educational materials and resources for public distribution.
  • Work with government agencies to align health initiatives with national guidelines.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health programs and present findings.
  • Serve as a resource for local health information and guidance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public health or health education
