Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments of animals.
• Carry out surgical interventions with a high standard of care.
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor anaesthesia and post-operative recovery.
• Counsel pet owners regarding preventive care and nutrition.
• Integrate new procedures and technologies into practice.
• Develop educational materials for client engagement.
• Assist in managing clinic operations and patient flow.
• Provide follow-up care and check-ins for treated animals.
• Participate in veterinary research projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
• Specialization in Surgery is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a veterinary setting
