We are seeking a passionate Veterinary Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in animal care and be skilled in assisting veterinarians with various procedures. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate care to animals, managing patient records, and assisting in surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to all patients.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures and sample collection.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary equipment is ready.
• Manage and update electronic health records accurately.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and their pets.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a veterinary environment

Technical Skills

• Radiology
• Laboratory Procedures

Certifications

• Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
