Requirements

Education

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support roles

Technical Skills

• Experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
• Proficient in Computer applications

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
