Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our Durban office. The successful candidate will provide expert legal guidance on a variety of issues including corporate law, compliance, and contractual matters. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with service-related queries and follow up.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Create detailed reports on issues and resolutions.
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer satisfaction data.
  • Train new staff in customer service procedures.
  • Manage time effectively to handle high call volumes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Support is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years in a customer service role preferred
