Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with industry partners on AI research projects.
• Evaluate the performance of existing AI models and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal teams on AI best practices.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property through research.
• Influence product direction based on research insights and market trends.
• Create collaborative relationships with academic institutions for research opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related disciplines
• PhD is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI research and development

Technical Skills

• R Programming
• Deep Learning Frameworks

• Presentation Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Natural Language Processing: Knowledge in NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment detection.
