Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to secure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with product implementation and utilization.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.
  • Ensure customer feedback loops are established and maintained.
  • Develop customer success plans and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with account managers to meet client objectives.
