Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Assist with order processing and follow-ups.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
  • Train new staff as required on customer service policies.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve overall service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Diploma or Degree in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk software
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic
