Job Description

As an Instrumentation and Electrical Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical and instrumentation equipment in our industrial operations. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies that enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement improvements for reliability.
• Document and report safety issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
• Engage with suppliers to source necessary equipment and spare parts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) certification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or heavy industry setting
