• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues.

• Support the setup of new workstations and configuration of employee devices.
• Monitor and maintain computing environments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist with the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Report recurring technical issues to senior staff for resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Additional IT Certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience

Languages
