Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be at the forefront of our online retail efforts in Port Elizabeth. Your expertise in e-commerce operations will help shape our strategies for driving online sales. With a focus on analytics and user engagement, this role aims to maximize our online presence and enhance the overall shopping experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages the e-commerce lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure maximum availability.
  • Review and analyze sales reports to inform procurement decisions.
  • Engage with customers online through various channels to boost retention.
  • Provide insights for product development based on consumer feedback.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party services.
  • Innovate new ways to engage customers and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for e-commerce operations.
  • Supervise the design and implementation of marketing collateral.
  • Lead the development of the e-commerce strategy roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
