Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist in Johannesburg, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues across various platforms. Your role will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing guidance to users, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely manner.
  • Record all technical support interactions in the system.
  • Assist clients with product installations and configurations.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance on product functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Certified IT Support Professional (CITSP)
  • CompTIA A+ certification is preferred

  • 3+ years in IT support or technical assistance roles
