Job Description

We are searching for a Help Desk Technician to join our support team in Durban. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and technical assistance across our company, ensuring our technology runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Follow up with users for feedback on support interactions.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.
  • Stay current with new technologies and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and setup of their IT resources.

Requirements

Education
  • National Certificate in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
