Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams.
  • Facilitate escalation procedures for unresolved customer issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
