Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer with Manufacturing Solutions, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations and increasing productivity. You will analyze and improve our manufacturing processes while collaborating with various teams to ensure efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving productivity and quality in manufacturing.
• Work with management to establish performance metrics for manufacturing operations.
• Design layout plans to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Train employees on new processes and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Review and refine manufacturing standards in accordance with industry benchmarks.
• Foster collaboration amongst teams to ensure alignment on engineering goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
