Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk in our Cape Town office, you will be responsible for inputting data into our systems, verifying and updating information. We're looking for someone who can handle diverse administrative tasks with precision, contributing to our efficiency and success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update database records regularly to maintain accuracy.
  • Compile data reports for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Identify data input issues and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Assist in general office tasks and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Office Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
